We have been operating in the Polish market since 2003.
From the beginning of our business operation we have been involved in production of composites material products. We offer comprehensive solutions including all stages of production of a new product - beginning from its design, through rapid prototyping, to manufacturing of the final product. Fibrous composites and laminates are construction materials with a big growth potential. Application of these materials allows us to mould our products in a free manner and achieve better and better strength characteristics. We have a comprehensive technical base and human resources, consisting, among others, of: CNC milling - cutting plotter, dimensions: X 1560 mm, Y 2150 mm, Z 160 mm autoclave of 3 m3 cubic capacity, equipment for vacuum infusion and specialized personnel, thereby allowing us to guarantee our customers high quality products, quick lead times and competitive prices. | ![]() |

We offer manufacture of any structures based on "sandwich" technology using carbon, kevlar and glass fiber reinforcements.
We produce, among others: covers, shields and dampers of any size, as well as covered and openwork deck gratings.
Main features of our products include: low weight, strength and resistance to mechanical failures, changeable weather conditions and UV radiation. Depending on the used polymer matrix we also achieve perfect strength properties in very demanding work environments, also in areas with high risk of corrosion. Projekt ma na celu zapewnienie polskiemu przemysłowi wyjątkową możliwość: This program will provide Polish industry a unique capability: simplification of complex aerostructures with a one step assembly approach called Block Structures. By creating mating surfaces that "clip" together, part counts and costs can be reduced dramatically with no loss of functionality or performance. The types of structures addressed in this effort are semi-monocoque parts with thin gages. The materials to be studied include metals, composites, and metal/composite hybrids.
